1. Make-Up Tokens

Make-Up Tokens allow students to attend an alternative session when they miss a class.
- Tokens are subject to the following terms:
- Tokens are valid for 28 days (4 weeks) from the date of the missed class.
- Tokens are immediately usable once granted and may be redeemed on any day of the week, with any Minisport coach, at any Minisport venue across our full seven-day schedule.
- Token validity may be extended upon request — please contact us via WhatsApp or the Minisport app.Minisport operates a no-refund policy.

We do not offer cash refunds for any reason, including voluntary withdrawals or cancellations, except as stated in Section 5 (Exceptional Circumstances)

2. Absence and Make-Up Requests

To allow coaches to plan sessions effectively, absence must be communicated at least 20 minutes before the scheduled class start time via the Minisport app.
Notifications received after this window — or after class has commenced — cannot be accommodated and no Token will be issued.
A Make-Up Token will be granted for absences supported by a valid document for the following reasons:
- Medical absences (valid medical certificate required).
- Travel (proof of travel such as flight booking or boarding pass required).
- Student birthdays, on the exact date of the class.

To request a Token, follow these steps in the app: My Bookings > Upcoming Class > Cancel Class > Request Leave > Submit supporting document.
For circumstances not covered above, you may contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9107 3259 and your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Coach-Side Cancellations

Minisport is committed to ensuring every scheduled session runs as planned.
In the event that a session must be cancelled by Minisport — for example, due to coach unavailability where no suitable replacement can be arranged — the following applies:All affected students will be notified promptly.
A Make-Up Token, valid for 28 days, will be issued automatically to all enrolled students for the cancelled session. No action is required from parents.

4. Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw your child from a term, please notify us via WhatsApp or by email to info@minisport.sg.
No refund will be issued for remaining sessions upon withdrawal.
In exceptional circumstances, account credits may be considered at Minisport's sole discretion as set out in Section 5 below.
Withdrawal notifications do not release any outstanding fees owed for the current term.

5. Exceptional Circumstances & Refunds

Minisport's standard policy is no cash refunds. However, in genuine exceptional circumstances — such as prolonged medical incapacity or other serious events beyond a family's control — a refund or account credit may be considered at Minisport's sole discretion.
To submit an exceptional circumstances request:
- Requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@minisport.sg
- Supporting documentation is required (e.g., medical certificate showing incapacity of 14 or more consecutive days, or equivalent evidence).
Minisport reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above criteria or where documentation is insufficient.

6. Minimum Enrolment

For both regular and trial classes, a minimum of 2 enrolled students is required for a session to proceed.
If you are the sole enrolled student for a session, you will be notified via the Minisport app and email, and a credit will be allocated to your account.
Where multiple students are enrolled but only one attends on the day (e.g., due to last-minute absences beyond Minisport's control), the session will proceed at a reduced duration of 40 minutes instead of the standard 50 minutes for weekly term-time classes.

7. Weather Policy — Indoor Venues

Sessions at indoor venues will proceed in all weather conditions, unless the hosting facility has its own policies that prevent this.
Parents will be notified promptly of any venue-specific closures.

8. Weather Policy - Indoor Venues

For indoor venues, sessions will proceed in all weather conditions, unless there are venue specific policies that prohibit them from taking place.

9. Weather Policy - Outdoor Venues (with No Backup Venue)

We understand that families have differing views on weather. For outdoor venues without a backup indoor option, Minisport uses three clearly defined class statuses, communicated 45 minutes before class:

Status 1 - Fine Weather

  • Situation 1 will proceed as originally scheduled. However, in the event of unexpected weather conditions affecting the class, the coaches will prioritize the safety of the children and take the necessary steps to ensure children are sheltered before assessing the situation as to whether to proceed accordingly.

Status 2 - Optional Attendance

Activated when there is a possibility of unfavourable weather or sustained rainfall. Weather forecasts indicating general "showers" or a "chance of rain" do not automatically trigger this status in the context of a sporting class.

  • Coaches will be present at the venue. Attendance is optional for parents.

  • Parents of non-attending students must indicate their child's absence via the "Attending" button in the Minisport app at least 20 minutes before the scheduled class starts. Failure to do so within this window will result in no Make-Up Token being issued.

  • For parents of attending students, no action is required as the default setting is "attending" in these situations.

  • Make-Up Tokens issued under this status are valid for 28 days from the date of issuance.Minisport reserves sole discretion to determine when weather conditions justify Optional Attendance status.

  • Minisport reserves sole discretion to determine when weather conditions justify Optional Attendance status.

3. Severe Weather

Activated in cases of significantly inclement or forecasted severe weather conditions.

  • The class will be cancelled. No coach will be present at the venue.

  • All enrolled students will receive a Make-Up Token, valid for 28 days. Extensions are available on request.

  • Minisport reserves sole discretion to determine when weather conditions justify a Severe Weather cancellation.

Partial class disruption by rain:
If rain disrupts a class after it has begun:
If less than 25 minutes of a 50-minute class (i.e., less than 50%) has been completed when the session must be abandoned, a Make-Up Token will be issued.
If 25 minutes or more of the class has been completed, no Make-Up Token will be issued.

Haze policy:
Minisport monitors the NEA 1-hour PM2.5 reading. If the PM2.5 level exceeds 150 μg/m³ when checked approximately 2 hours before class, the session will be cancelled and all enrolled students will receive a Make-Up Token. Minisport will inform parents via the app and email.

10. Weather Policy - Outdoor Venues (with Backup Venue)

For classes where Minisport has arranged access to a sheltered or indoor backup venue, we will activate that venue when outdoor conditions are unfavourable.
Note: backup venues are subject to availability and are not pre-confirmed.
When the backup venue is confirmed as available, parents will be notified via the Minisport app and email.
Attendance is required at the backup venue for that session.
If the backup venue is unavailable and outdoor conditions are unfavourable, the session will be treated as a Severe Weather cancellation (Status 3 above) and Make-Up Tokens will be issued to all enrolled students.

11. Uniform

All students enrolled in weekly public classes are required to wear the Minisport uniform during sessions. Trial attendees are exempted from this requirement. If unsure of sizing, we recommend ordering slightly larger so your child can grow into it.
No exchanges are available, in line with the terms of our uniform supplier.Uniforms are handed to students by coaches, generally at the next session attended after purchase. You can purchase the Minisport uniform via our app: https://www.minisport.sg/app

12. Guardian Responsibilities

Children aged 1.5–4 years must be assisted by a guardian throughout sessions. Guardians are required to remain at the venue for all classes involving children aged 6 and under at public venues.Children and guardians must comply with the rules and regulations of the hosting facility.Minisport may use photos or videos taken during classes for promotional use on our website and social media. These will not be shared with third parties. If you do not wish your child to appear in promotional material, you may opt out via your child's profile in the Minisport app.

In no event shall Minisport SG Pte. Ltd., its officers, employees, or agents be held liable for any injury, death, or property loss suffered during activities, if caused by the participant's own negligence, inadequacies in health or fitness, or accident.
